Every Bone & Chain collar is hand-cast and made to order. No two are alike — each piece is poured specifically for your dog after you place the order.
Because of that, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing decisions, or change of mind. Please double-check the sizing guide on each product page before ordering.
When we'll always make it right
We stand behind our work. If anything goes wrong on our end, we fix it — no questions asked.
1. Manufacturing defects. If your collar arrives with a flaw in the silicone, broken hardware, or any issue from our shop, we'll replace it free of charge.
2. Damaged in shipping. If the package arrives crushed or the collar is broken on delivery, we'll replace it free of charge.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Attach 2-3 clear photos showing the defect (and the shipping box if it was damaged in transit).
We'll review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, a replacement is on the way immediately — no return shipping required for defective or damaged items.
Custom orders
Any custom color, motif, or special-request piece is final sale. We can't remake or refund custom work — please confirm all details before ordering.
