Every Bone & Chain collar is hand-cast and finished to order. Here's what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it lands on your doorstep.

Production time

‍ ‍Standard colors: 3-5 business days to pour, cure, and finish Custom colors or motifs: 7-10 business days You'll get a shipping notification by email as soon as your collar leaves the shop

‍ ‍United States: 3-5 business days via USPS Tracking: emailed to you the moment we ship

Where we ship

All 50 US states + APO/FPO addresses International: coming soon. If you're outside the US, email boneandchainllc@gmailcom and we'll see what we can work out.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email boneandchainllc@gmailcom with your order number and we'll file a trace with USPS. For confirmed lost packages, we send a replacement free of charge.
